Alumni Reunion

September 12, 2008  

Registration starts today!

EHS Band Alumni Reunion will be Friday, Sept. 12, 2008. Cost will be $30.00 and includes a t-shirt and dinner. Dress will be alumni band t-shirt and jeans. Music can be mailed to you for $5.00. An after party will be held at Costello’s in Sunset Plaza. Cost will be $6.00 for soft drinks and snacks.

Thursday – Sept. 11

7:00 --Early registration, EHS Band Room 

Friday –Sept. 12

4:00—Registration and instrument check-out

4:30-5:30--Rehearsal   

5:30—Dinner in the EHS food court

6:15—Practice with the band on the practice field and walk to the stadium with the band.

Pre-game—We will play with the EHS band. The band will play Oklahoma, Star Spangled Banner and “Our Director”.

During the game the alumni band will sit on the north side, east of the high school band. The alumni will play  “stand tunes” with the EHS band. When the high school band leaves for half time, we would like to have the alumni band stay and play in the stands.

After the Game –Check in instruments and music at the band room.

After Party at Costello’s

 

We will be raising money for the band to purchase banners for the auditorium. The band has earned the award of OSSAA “Sweepstakes” for two years. The cost of the banners is approximately $650.00. Additional funds will go toward a banner to use in parades. 

Registration is at www.bigblueband.net. You may e-mail your registration and either pay by paypal or send a check. Checks need to be made to EHS band, enclose a copy of your registration and mail to 1913 Seneca, Enid, Ok. 73703.

Registration and payment is due by August 25, 2008.

If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to the banner fund, send a separate check.

Music will be mailed in mid August for $5.00.
