Cut off for Dinner and instruments is Sunday September 7th. Now you need to just wear a blue shirt and come. $20.00 with dinner, $10.00 without.

Thursday – Sept. 11

7:00 --Early registration, EHS Band Room 

Friday –Sept. 12

4:00—Registration and instrument check-out        Band room or Food Court

4:15-5:00--Rehearsal   

5:00—Dinner in the EHS food court Ticket cut off is Sunday September 7th.  $10 Each.

6:00—Practice with the band on the practice field and walk to the stadium with the band.

Pre-game—We will play with the EHS band. The Alumni band will play Oklahoma, Star Spangled Banner and “Our Director”.

During the game the alumni band will sit on the north side, east of the high school band. The alumni will play  “stand tunes” with the EHS band. When the high school band leaves for half time, we would like to have the alumni band stay and play in the stands.

After the Game –Check in instruments and music at the band room.

After Party at Costello’s - Sunset plaza  Pay at the door $6.00 each

We will be raising money for the band to purchase banners for the auditorium. The band has earned the award of OSSAA “Sweepstakes” for two years. The cost of the banners is approximately $650.00. Additional funds will go toward a banner to use in parades. 

If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to the banner fund, send a separate check.
